Linked to their Literacy learning about Bessie Coleman, the Wright brothers and other significant people in the history of flight, students at HEC visited the RAF Museum at Cosford. They explored the different types of aircraft, discussed how engineering has advanced throughout the ages and experienced what it might be like to be an RAF fighter pilot by going in a flight simulator.
