At TMBSS Primary we were very lucky to have the artist Jane Gill visit over a number of days to complete a large, whole school, piece of art for our entrance hall.

Jane started by talking with the students about magical powers, the ability to fly and the opportunities these things could bring to our young people. They then explored feathers creating detailed pencil drawings before painting these with a range of colours. Jane has used these feathers to create the angel wings display where all students will have their photographs taken when they start a placement at TMBSS.

The caption is so true of students at TMBSS as we believe that when they are with us they make so much progress that they can spread their wings and this opens up so many opportunities for them.
