Hook a Gate pupil were given the task of redesigning a book cover. They were given a selection of existing children’s books to choose from and discussed what needed to appear on a book cover, such as the title and author’s name. We then discussed the existing covers and how they could be improved.

Once completed these book cover designs will be photographed and pupils will have achieved their AQA Unit Award entry level in redesigning a book cover.
