Children at Harlescott who access our extended offer have been learning about World War 2 and created some artwork based on the Blitz.

Children at Harlescott have been learning about World War 2 in History. We learnt about The Blitz, when the Luftwaffe bombed London. We found out about incendiary bombs and the importance of St.Paul's Cathedral. The artwork was created by using a sponge to created a fiery background before cutting out a silhouette of the London skyline.
